I really like that little brochure with size 15cm X 15cm due to its colourful and handy design. There is no need to pick up the brochure personally, you can have a look at it on the Internet or just open the Yellow pages and call to the hotel about your request and they will send you one-so easy!It is mainly appropriate for business parties or for families who want to spend their Christmas day lunch in the hotel's restaurant. The brochure gives you answers on all of your questions so you can just flick through it, send a booking form from the last page or pick up the phone and book places straight away. Also it is well structured, every party has space on two pages where there is information about prices, menu, dates,bar opening times, serving times and opening dance. The last page contains 'terms and conditions' where question are answered about deposits, full payments and so on.
And also if I want to contact someone and ask about any special requirement, there is an e-mail address of the hotel and also direct contact to the relevant person (her e-mail address and telephone number) who deals with the booking of Christmas parties.
I found this brochure well organised with all relevant information in it. I do not like types of brochures which are too thick and contain so much information that you are likely to end up confused and do not know what the brochure actually offers. Or even worse is when you can not find the prices for certain offers. In that case I always lose my interest and would book my party somewhere else.
So if you are responsible for choosing the best party night for your friends or work colleagues I think you will find this brochure quite interesting to look at.
